- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under ₹500, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies.

Delivery Timeline:
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-7 business days.
- Express Delivery: Available in select areas for an additional fee. Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Refund Process:

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that gift cards, personalized items, or products with tampered packaging are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
